  • RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

    Cancellations prior the start date: 

    ​

    • No refund if within the last 48 hours of the start date

    • Full refund if more than two weeks before the start date

    • 50% refund if more than 48 hours and less than two weeks before the start date

     

    After start date:

     

    We do not offer refunds or transfer funds between different terms for any lessons missed. It is down to the individual student to attend all classes once they have fully enrolled. Where however a student can no longer continue classes due to injury and/or severe illness, we advise you to contact Figoura to see what options are available to you.

     

    Class cancellations

     

    In situations where a class must be cancelled due to to unforseen circumstances, we will endeavour to do our best to offer an alternative date for students.  We do not offer refunds.
