Is your class showing 'out of stock'?  Oh dear, places have ran out.  But don't despair! We keep numbers controlled in this way so that the class does not go above our recommended maximum.  Once the maximum threshold is reached, the dance instructor will know from his planned syllabus whether more students could be permitted to join. So, if you contact us, we may still be able to fit you in, but note this is not guaranteed and you may end up on a waiting list.

 

What If classes have already started and you want to join?  We recommend reaching out to us via the contact form where we can discuss whether it would be a good time for you to come and join subject to available spaces. 

 

Want to try a class or drop-in without the full termly commitment?  This is fine too, but is subject to available space in class and a fee of £15 that you pay on your arrival to the dance instructor.  You will first need to contact us to make sure you can drop-in and receive confirmation to do so. As you know only students that are enrolled online for the full term can guarantee their placement and those students always have priority over drop-in students. 

Enrolment cancellations:

  • No refund if within the last 48 hours of the start date

  • Full refund if more than two weeks before the start date

  • 50% refund if more than 48 hours and less than two weeks before the start date
