Join Figoura, the UK's first dedicated Greek dance school, and take the next step in your Greek dance journey.
At Figoura, you're not simply joining a dance class. Our carefully developed curriculum combines authentic teaching, structured progression, and a genuine passion for Greek dance and culture. From our CORE dance programme and regional dance studies to cultural trips to Greece, performance opportunities, and pathways towards International Dance Council (CID) certification, we offer a learning experience that goes far beyond learning steps alone.

My preferred class is showing as fully booked. What should I do?
If your chosen class is fully booked, please get in touch. We occasionally have spaces become available due to cancellations or changes in enrolment. Whilst a place cannot be guaranteed, we'll do our best to accommodate you or advise on the next available opportunity.
Can I join after the term has started?
Possibly. Depending on the point reached within the term and the material being taught, it may still be possible to join. Contact us and we'll advise whether the class is suitable and if spaces are available.
Can I try a class before committing to a full term?
Yes. If you're new to Figoura and would like to experience a class before enrolling, we offer trial sessions, subject to availability.
A trial session allows you to attend a class and see whether it is the right fit for you before committing to a full term. If you subsequently enrol for the remainder of the term, your trial fee will be deducted from your enrolment fee.

We also offer drop-in sessions for students who cannot commit to a full term. However, as our classes follow a structured curriculum and class sizes are limited, full-term enrolment is strongly recommended and provides the best learning experience and value.

Which class is right for me?
If you're new to Greek dancing, our Beginner/General level classes are the ideal starting point.
If you already have experience with Greek dance and are familiar with regional styles and a broader repertoire, our Intermediate/Advanced level classes may be more suitable.
If you're unsure, simply contact us and we'll be happy to recommend the best class for your experience level.
What should I bring to class?
We recommend comfortable clothing, suitable footwear for dancing, and a bottle of water. Full details can be found in our Joining Instructions, which you'll receive after booking.
