Zeibekiko is one of the most iconic and expressive dance forms of the Greek world. More than simply a dance, it represents a deeply personal form of musical interpretation and self-expression.

This introductory workshop will explore:

• The origins and history of Zeibekiko

• Musical structure and interpretation

• Understanding movement and expression

• Social and cultural context

• Building confidence through improvisation
