We are really exited to announce that Figoura Greek dance classes are moving to new studios in luxurious area of Mayfair at the popular dance studios, Danceworks.
Only just a few months ago we let you know about the exciting news of our new Wednesday classes at The Place, and they have been a huge hit with both new and returning students! Just take a look at the class photo below, the smiles speak for themselves!
We now turn our attention to our Tuesday and Thursday classes that were traditionally based at the prestigious Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts (RADA). We will miss dancing at RADA, but this move comes at the right time for Figoura as we develop and reach to even more students. Figoura has always embraced change, and continuously looks for ways to improve our classes. By moving to Danceworks our Thursday classes are now a little later than usual, starting at 8pm giving that little extra more time for students to get to classes on time. Our Tuesday beginners class will continue to run at 8pm as before, but we say goodbye to the slightly earlier class at 6:30pm. We hope our students will continue to enjoy our classes in their new location and like us, embrace the change. The studios themselves are not new to us, as we have used dance works for our performing group rehearsals as well. They come equipped with sprung wooden floors, an array of mirrors, a great sound system, and even free Wi-Fi.
Since 1982, Danceworks, has been providing a friendly and inclusive environment for all forms of dance and fitness of the highest quality. Now one of the worlds leading studios, it now becomes the new home of Figoura Greek dancing classes.
Dance works is opposite Selfridges and just around the corner from Bond Street station. For those that wish to get some shopping done, it is located just off Oxford Street. Figoura is now right in the heart of London!
We can't wait to see you all in September!
